SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Joshua, who are preparing for their unit debut, have released new teaser content. Today (the 9th), Jeonghan and Joshua unveiled a track sampler for their unit debut album “DREAMSCAPE,” which will be released at 6 p.m. on the 19th, through SEVENTEEN’s official SNS, previewing a variety of music. The title track, “12 o'clock,” is a dance rock genre song that modernly reinterprets the disco punk style of the 1970s and 1980s. Its bouncy bass and rhythmic, sophisticated guitar performance are impressive, and BUMZU, a producer who has worked with SEVENTEEN for many years, participated in writing and composing the song. In addition, the included track “No looking back” and Joshua’s solo song “Not Personal” also drew attention with their band sounds. “No looking back,” which contains a refreshing atmosphere with rough electric guitar and bass, and “Not Personal,” which harmonizes the wild texture of rock, the groove of punk, and the sensibility of alternative pop, further richly color the album. “Like you” delivers immersion by adding various synthesizers based on house, and “Outside” stands out with its calm electronic piano sound. “One plus one,” which adds a sophisticated charm with arpeggio guitar performance, and Jeonghan’s solo song “Coloring,” whose contrast between a dreamy intro and an addictive synthesizer is attractive, also caught listeners’ ears. Jeonghan and Joshua’s 1st mini album “DREAMSCAPE” will be released through various music streaming sites on the 19th.
