The first girl group ILLIT under the HYBE label BELIFT LAB, captivated K-POP fans with their lively and "super real" imagination. Today (4th), a brand film was released through HYBE Labels' YouTube channel and BELIFT LAB's official SNS. The approximately 3-minute video clearly shows the individuality of each member, allowing you to catch a glimpse of ILLIT's characteristics and identity. The video begins with the members gathering and sitting in an empty white classroom. Then, the 5 members appeal to their appealing appearances by alternating between their imagined and current appearances. Scenes such as a small box overflowing from a locker and filling the classroom with imagination, only to disappear and return to reality with a single box falling on the head (Minju), and the future self found while taking a self-shot in the toilet disappearing without a trace (Moka) are also special. The members each indulge in imagination like a beautiful mirage, returning to reality as if waking up from a dream. Finally, the 5 members, who have changed from their uniforms to stage costumes, walk out from between giant letters. At this time, a part of the lyrics "This is My World" was released with a mysterious melody, increasing interest in the debut album. The story that maximizes the members' imagination hints at the future and identity of ILLIT, which aims to be a "group with unlimited potential." BELIF LAB, the agency, stated, "The film concept is candid girls immersed in imagination moment by moment," and "We want people to pay attention to the imagination and stories of those who can look at the world with their own perspective and express it." ILLIT was born from the new girl group survival show "R U Next?" broadcast in Korea last year under HYBE LABELS. The group name combines the independent and proactive will (I will) and the pronoun that means something special (It), meaning a group with the potential to become anything. The debut album "SUPER REAL ME" will be released at 6:00 pm on the 25th of this month.
