BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) has released a trailer for 'Run BTS 2.0'. Their agency, BIGHIT MUSIC, announced yesterday (the 20th) through BTS's official channel that a new version of the variety show 'Run BTS!' will start. The trailer for the first episode of 'Run BTS! 2.0', titled 'BTS's TRIP', captures the members playfully interacting at their accommodation while on a trip. Scenes of them playfully hitting each other with pillows and an intense soccer match are also featured. BIGHIT MUSIC highlighted scenes of them lining up with their hands raised as a punishment game and cooking as highlights. 'Run BTS' has been a representative self-produced content of BTS, receiving tremendous support from fans (known as ARMY) since its first release in 2015. The total of 155 episodes released from 2015 to 2021 has reached approximately 140 million views on YouTube. The 10 special contents released in 2022 and 2023 have surpassed 130 million views. The first episode of 'Run BTS 2.0' will be released on the 23rd at 9 PM through BTS's official YouTube channel and the global fan platform Weverse. BTS announced their new album 'ARIRANG' on March 20, topping music charts both domestically and internationally. They also achieved number one on Billboard's two main charts, 'Billboard 200' and 'HOT 100'. Album sales surpassed 4 million copies within three days of release according to HANTEO chart standards.
