Because many fraudulent purchases were confirmed regarding the fanclub advance reservation for EXO’s solo concert, the organizers took strict action, such as forcibly canceling the relevant reservations and reselling the tickets. SM Entertainment, the agency, announced on the 2nd through EXO’s fan community platform Weverse the monitoring results for fraudulent purchases in the encore performance of the sixth solo concert, “EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon [dot].” It explained, “While continuously monitoring the reservation status of this performance in order to create a fair ticket reservation environment, we confirmed many reservations that appear to have been purchased by methods other than normal reservation procedures in the fanclub advance reservation conducted on August 27, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. on MelOn Ticket’s domestic Korean page.” It also revealed, “Regarding the confirmed fraudulent purchases, based on the rules announced in advance on the reservation page, the reservations will be canceled without individual contact, and full refunds will be issued. Accounts that attempted fraudulent purchases are scheduled to be restricted so that they cannot reserve tickets in the future.” It added, “The vacant seats created by the cancellations due to fraudulent purchases will be resold on the schedule below, and only members who have completed prior authentication for the fanclub advance reservation on MelOn Ticket’s domestic Korean page will be able to purchase them.” According to this notice, the tickets will be resold from 8:00 p.m. on the 16th. Finally, it said, “We will continue monitoring and taking measures against fraudulent purchases and illegal ticket transactions so that those who purchase tickets through proper procedures will not suffer disadvantages,” and called for understanding and cooperation, saying, “We ask for your understanding and cooperation toward realizing a healthy and fair ticket-purchasing environment.” EXO is scheduled to hold the encore concert “EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon dot” for three days from November 6 to 8 at KSPO DOME in Seoul Olympic Park (formerly the gymnastics arena). ・EXO decides to hold an encore performance in Seoul in November! ・EXO completes its Japan performances on its world tour for the first time in about six years! “We will come back again soon”
