The nine members of THE BOYZ rebutted the claims of their agency One Hundred. The nine members of THE BOYZ, excluding New (Younghoon, Juyeon, Hyunjae, Sunwoo, Q, Sangyeon, Kevin, Jacob, Eric), announced today (22nd), "We would like to clarify that we have not received any money, including unpaid settlement amounts for the third and fourth quarters of 2025." They also stated, "The artists have repeatedly received extensions and changes to payment deadlines from the agency prior to the provisional disposition application, but normal payments have never been made. In particular, the agency has specified payment deadlines multiple times during the process of responding to the provisional disposition case regarding the suspension of the exclusive contract, stating that settlement amounts and late damages would be paid by those deadlines, but in reality, no payments have been made to date." In response to One Hundred's recent comment that "we have already completed the payment of high exclusive contract fees (advance payments) and settlement amounts to the members, and the payment plan for settlement amounts has been transparently formulated," the members of THE BOYZ pointed out, "We are very disappointed that a false comment about the completion of the settlement was announced despite the fact that no payments have been made at all." Previously, the nine members of THE BOYZ appointed legal representatives and demanded the termination of their exclusive contracts with the agency.
