THE BOYZ leader Sangyeon completed his military service and was discharged today after about 1 year and 6 months. Members welcomed him back, and the group is expected to gain momentum as a full nine-member team under their new label, 78 RECORDS.
THE BOYZ has announced a fresh start with 78 RECORDS, a new label founded by industry figures connected to the group since their casting days. The label will exclusively handle group activities for nine members, while individual activities will continue separately under each member’s own agency and plans. 78 RECORDS will also support the group fully and later expand into official label operations and new artist scouting.

The group is also preparing for future activities under a new label.
One Hundred, the agency for THE BOYZ, has publicly refuted claims made by some members regarding the suspension of their contracts and allegations of embezzlement against the agency's representative. They assert that they have already paid substantial contract fees and that the members' claims distort the truth. The agency emphasizes their commitment to transparency and protecting their artists' interests.
THE BOYZ members have publicly countered their agency One Hundred's claims of completed payments, asserting they have received no funds. They highlight a history of delayed payments and express disappointment over false statements made by the agency. Legal actions are underway as they seek to terminate their contracts and address ongoing disputes.
Sonu of THE BOYZ disputes One Hundred's assertion of contract completion, adding a question mark and 'X' to a related post. Other members, including Younghoon, Kevin, and Jacob, support him, stating they haven't received payments. Nine members, excluding New, are demanding contract termination and have filed for a provisional injunction against the agency. One Hundred expresses concern over potential manipulation affecting the members and reiterates support for their full group activities.
