GOT7's Jinyoung has been discharged today (the 7th). He enlisted on May 8 last year and served as an active soldier in the army. After finishing about a year and a half of military life, he has returned to his fans. On this day, fans gathered at the site to celebrate his discharge. Jinyoung revealed, "I am working hard to prepare GOT7's album. Since other members will likely enlist within a few months, I want to release the album soon to respond to the fans. During my last vacation, I started preparing for the album while talking with the members. I will soon be able to show you GOT7's album." Additionally, BamBam and Yugyeom surprised everyone by appearing to celebrate his discharge. Jinyoung expressed joy by holding the hands of the two members. After joking about the difficulties faced by Yugyeom and Youngjae, who have not yet enlisted, he said, "Knowing the personalities of Yugyeom and Youngjae, they will do better than me, so I am not worried. I just hope they go and stay healthy." Jinyoung debuted as a member of GOT7 through JYP Entertainment in 2014. In 2021, GOT7 ended their contract with JYP, but the members have continued both group and solo activities. In particular, he has been active as an actor under BH Entertainment, appearing in dramas like "Yumi's Cells" and "The Devil Judge." He has also been proposed for a role in the new drama "Unknown Soul" and is positively considering it.
