ENHYPEN's Sunu won the Minister of Foreign Affairs Award yesterday (23rd) at the '2025 Korea Social Contribution Awards' held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul. He has been recognized for his good influence through continuous donations, good deeds, and volunteer activities. His efforts have led to a culture of giving among fans, spreading the value of sharing. The 'Korea Social Contribution Awards' aims to discover and honor contributors in various fields of society, widely publicizing their achievements to realize a healthier and happier society. Supported by ten government ministries and public institutions, including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this year marks the 20th anniversary of this prestigious award. At the award ceremony, Sunu expressed, 'I feel unworthy of receiving such a great award among so many admirable individuals.' He added, 'I started donating with the hope of helping many, but I also feel a responsibility to be a presence that can positively impact society. With this feeling in my heart, I want to continue warm sharing.' Sunu has donated funds to Samsung Seoul Hospital twice, in December last year and recently. These donations have been used for patient treatment support, a patient happiness fund, and psychological and emotional support programs for child and adolescent patients. Additionally, in March of this year, he readily extended support for recovery and assistance to areas affected by a large-scale wildfire. His good deeds have sparked the 'ENHYPEN Sunu Challenge' on social media, where fans, inspired by his actions, voluntarily donate and share their contributions online, creating a positive cycle of sharing. ENHYPEN will release their 7th mini-album 'THE SIN: VANISH' on January 16, 2024, at 2 PM. This album tells the story of a vampire couple choosing a love escape amidst anxiety, aiming to vividly depict their unique 'dark fantasy' worldview through a concept album with intricately linked tracks, lyrics, and sounds.
