B1A4 puts an end to their journey with the agency they have been with for 14 years. WM Entertainment announced yesterday (23rd) that they have agreed to terminate the exclusive contract with B1A4 (Sandeul, Gongchan) after deep discussions. The agency expressed heartfelt gratitude to the members of B1A4, who have walked together based on trust over the past 14 years, stating, 'Although the exclusive contract has ended, we plan to sincerely support B1A4 so that they can make a greater leap in a new place, given the deep bond we have built over a long time.' They continued, 'We plan to promote ongoing collaboration so that both WM and B1A4 can create a synergistic effect, and we will strengthen overseas activities through RBW JAPAN while maintaining a cooperative relationship.' Finally, the agency added, 'Beyond the mere artist-agency relationship, we support and celebrate the future of B1A4, who have been a representative artist of WM and a good colleague for 14 years.' B1A4 debuted in 2011 and has been loved for songs like 'Igeumsunirya - Why? Why?', 'Good Night', and 'SOLO DAY'. After Jinyoung and Baro left the group, Sandeul, Gongchan, and Shinwoo continued to perform as a trio.
