B1A4, who left the office, has established a new company. Shinwoo, Sanduel, and Gongchan of B1A4 have established B1A4 Company for the planning and development of IP, albums, and content they will produce in the future, and will continue to work as internal directors and artists. Regarding management authority, they signed an exclusive contract with Hiupipup. As a result, Hiupipup will be in charge of managing B1A4's future activities, while B1A4 Company will be responsible for producing, planning, and creating all of B1A4's activities. Although the members had different contract periods, they prepared this system because they wanted to continue working together as B1A4. Member Gongchan successfully held solo fan meeting tours in Korea, Japan, and China without an agency after his exclusive contract ended last August, waiting for the remaining contract periods of the other members, and is scheduled to conclude this Asian tour with a solo fan meeting in Taiwan on January 10. Shinwoo's contract ended on December 31, and Sanduel's contract remains until February 28. Although there were remaining contract periods, the establishment of the corporation and preparation for future activities were made possible with the significant cooperation of WM Entertainment's CEO Kim Jinwoo, who supported and advised them to establish the corporation before the contract periods ended.
