BOYNEXTDOOR won its first music show No. 1 after its comeback with the new song “ANIMAL.” BOYNEXTDOOR took first place with the title track “ANIMAL” from the repackaged version of their 1st full album, “HOME: DELUXE,” on Mnet’s “M COUNTDOWN,” which aired in Korea yesterday (the 8th). The members, holding the trophy, conveyed their gratitude to the fans with expressions full of emotion. They said, “We promoted ‘ANIMAL’ because we wanted to give a present to our fans while on tour, and we are grateful that so many people loved it. Because ONEDOOR (the fans’ name) are here, we are able to live each day. We will not take the love we are receiving for granted, and we will work even harder from here on.” In the following encore stage, they showed their solid live performance skills and raised the excitement in the venue. “HOME: DELUXE” also took first place on HANTEO CHART, a Korean album sales tally site, in the weekly album chart for the tally period from September 28 to October 4. In Japan as well, it ranked first on Oricon’s daily album ranking dated October 2, the first day of release. Furthermore, it ranked fourth on both Oricon’s latest weekly album ranking and weekly combined album ranking, which were tallied from September 28 to October 4. By entering the upper ranks of both charts with sales from only four days after release in Japan, it proved the strong interest in Japan. It is also achieving good results on the music charts. All of the songs included on “HOME: DELUXE” ranked on Circle Chart’s latest weekly download chart (tally period: September 27 to October 3). “ANIMAL,” newly included on the repackaged album, recorded 8th place; “CLICHE” was 22nd; “Count To Love (Korean Ver.)” was 23rd; “400 Years” was 25th; and “Boom Boom Boom” was 44th. Not only the new song but also the album tracks made the charts, showing high popularity. BOYNEXTDOOR is scheduled to hold its first world tour, “BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR 'KNOCK ON Vol.2',” at LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY in Chiba on the 10th and 11th, where they will meet fans.
