
From BOYNEXTDOOR’s 1st Studio Album Repackage, “HOME: DELUXE,” the title track “ANIMAL” is receiving a favorable response. As of 1 p.m. on the 7th, the song ranked 24th on Korea YouTube’s “Trending Music.” On Japan’s major music distribution site LINE MUSIC, it ranked 26th in the “Song Top 100” dated the 6th, and 16th in the daily “New Song Top 100,” which targets new songs released within 30 days. In addition, in just six days since its release, it surpassed 1 million cumulative plays on the global music and audio streaming platform Spotify, gathering broad support both inside and outside Korea. Furthermore, “HOME: DELUXE” also took first place on HANTEO CHART’s “Weekly Album Chart” (aggregation period: September 28 to October 4), a Korean album sales tally site. It also quickly recorded first place on Oricon’s “Daily Album Ranking” dated October 2, the first day of release in Japan. In Korea as well, it recorded sales of over 700,000 copies in one week since its release on the 28th of last month. Considering that it is a repackaged work that added new songs to the 1st Studio Album “HOME,” which recorded first-week sales of 1,085,715 copies and became a million-seller, this can be said to be an impressive result. From the fact that it drew further demand for an already hit album, centered on the new songs, one can see BOYNEXTDOOR’s solid popularity and its influence in an even more expanded market. “HOME: DELUXE” is an album containing BOYNEXTDOOR’s aspiration to broaden the spectrum of music through new perspectives and emotions. The 2026 MUSIC BANK GLOBAL FESTIVAL IN JAPAN will take place at MUFG Stadium (National Stadium) on Dec. 12 and 13, 2026. Day 1 features MISAMO, NAYEON, aespa, and NCT WISH; Day 2 features Stray Kids, IVE, BOYNEXTDOOR, and CORTIS. MCs include KIM JAEWON, SANA, and JANG WONYOUNG.
