A part of the music video for ILLIT's new title track has been released. ILLIT unveiled the first teaser for the music video of the title track 'It's Me' from their 4th mini-album 'MAMIHLAPINATAPAI' on HYBE LABELS' official YouTube channel yesterday (27th). The short yet intense message catches the eye. In the video, the five members open 'random capsules' one by one, amidst a mysterious tension. Above their heads, various emojis representing joy, sadness, and anger appear as they check the capsules. Finally, when Mocha draws a note that says, 'Who's your bias?', ILLIT looks at the camera and confidently declares, 'It's Me', leaving a strong aftertaste. The members' visuals are also overwhelming. ILLIT perfectly executes bold bleached hair and emotive smoky makeup, radiating iconic charm. Their diverse styling, highlighting each member's individuality, is captivating. 'It's Me' is a techno genre song. Prior to this, parts of the audio were released through a highlight medley and campaign film, receiving enthusiastic responses from global music fans, such as 'I was surprised by ILLIT's ability to digest a new concept', 'The beat is very exciting and addictive, it won't leave my head', and 'I can't wait for the performance'. ILLIT will showcase the second teaser for the 'It's Me' music video today (28th) at 10 PM, further heightening the excitement for their comeback. The long-awaited new album and full music video will be released on the 30th at 6 PM.
ILLIT’s Minju won fans over with a cover of Lee Hyori’s classic “10 Minutes,” released on the group’s official YouTube channel. She reinterpreted the song in an R&B style, adding delicate vocals, expressive groove, and Y2K-inspired visuals. BELIFT LAB said she also took part in vocal direction and chorus recording. Minju said she wanted to sing a song she loves in her own voice. ILLIT will hold an encore concert in Incheon next month after sold-out tour stops in Seoul, five Japanese cities, and Hong Kong.
