ILLIT has entered the countdown to its comeback. On October 5, ILLIT released a teaser video for its 5th mini album, “BREAK EVEN,” through the official YouTube channel of HYBE LABELS, heightening anticipation among global fans. This video, which opened with the witty warning phrase, “Irritation comes sooner than you think,” sensibly depicted the members’ various emotional changes in everyday life where things do not go as planned, organically linking them with the new album’s included tracks. The song that received the hottest spotlight was unquestionably the title track, “You’re Under Arrest.” This song, which advocates the electro-pop genre, boasts strong addictiveness from the very beginning with an ear-stimulating, light whistle sound. In the video, the members showed endless energy while engaging in a brazen yet amusing back-and-forth with enforcement officers holding placards that said “TOO LOUD,” drawing viewers’ attention. ILLIT, which raised expectations for its comeback with its unique concept and musicality, will hold a solo performance ahead of the comeback.
