Dino of SEVENTEEN will serve as the headliner for a large-scale music festival in China. According to his agency Pledis Entertainment on the 24th, Dino will appear as the headliner for the final performance of the 'MIDOU MUSIC FESTIVAL' held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, on May 1-2, showcasing a solo stage. The 'MIDOU MUSIC FESTIVAL' started in 2014 and celebrates its 15th edition this year. Last year, it was held twice in June and October, attracting over 80,000 and 60,000 spectators respectively. This event has established itself as a mega-event that not only draws many visitors from outside Jiangsu Province but also revitalizes the local tourism industry, surpassing the scope of a mere music festival. Dino headlined the 'YJ (Yue Jian Chao Xiang) Music Festival' held in Beijing last September, where he showcased singing, dancing, and even DJ performances, receiving explosive reactions. There were long queues from the night before to see his stage, and after the performance, many keywords related to Dino ranked in real-time search on Weibo. His artistic talent can also be seen in various content such as solo songs and art films. His single 'Star Crossing Night (feat. GALI)' released last year topped major music charts in China, and he participated in writing and composing all songs for the Chinese EP 'STARDUST,' which received much support.
