The second round of performers for "Best Artist 2025" has been announced. Additionally, a shuffle medley of songs by eight luxurious artists has been decided. The song "Blue Amber," released this April, has surpassed 100 million streams on the Billboard JAPAN chart. Back number, who has been a top runner in the Japanese music scene for 15 years, will perform at Best Artist for the first time in eight years, having 28 of their songs surpass 100 million streams. In 2026, they will hold their first five major stadium tour. Timelesz, which has formed a new eight-member system and continues to make strides, will also perform. This year has been a remarkable year for them, with 211 television appearances in the first half, the birth of numerous regular programs, and their album released in June reaching number one on the Billboard JAPAN Hot Albums chart.
