&TEAM took home the trophy for first place on a music program with its new song “Mark on Me.” On the 18th, &TEAM won first place with the title track “Mark on Me” from its second Korean mini album on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank, broadcast in Korea. This became the group’s fifth overall first-place record on Korean music programs, following the three crowns achieved with the previous work “Back to Life” and the first-place win for the Japanese third mini album “We on Fire.” Having achieved such a meaningful result, the members said with emotion, “We think of this as an award received together with our fans. We are always grateful. We are also grateful to producer Bang Si-hyuk and all the staff who always make good music.” On that day’s stage, the nine members densely expressed the song’s dramatic emotional line with delicate facial expressions and restrained movements. “Mark on Me” is a song that depicts the story of a wolf who has been abandoned by the world and has locked itself away, meeting someone who accepts even its wounds and changing. Beginning with a beautiful piano melody and expanding into a grand chorus, the song’s dramatic development, and the powerful group dance that explodes as the emotions rise, perfectly proved the true value of a “performance you can trust to watch.”
