NCT DREAM, wrapped in tears and emotion, closed the curtain on their long journey of the fourth tour with the finale performance. Held from March 20 to 22 and 27 to 29 at the Seoul Olympic Park KSPO DOME (Gymnastics Arena), the '2026 NCT DREAM TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 4: FUTURE THE DREAM> FINALE' sold out all six performances, drawing a total of 66,000 spectators. This tour, which began at the record-breaking Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome, also marked the first entry of a K-POP artist at Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium, as well as performances at Bangkok's Rajamangala National Stadium, Jakarta International Stadium, and Taipei Dome, culminated in the finale concert held again in Seoul. The stage was composed of 28 songs, with 18 songs replaced from the existing setlist, and significant updates were made in the production aspect. NCT DREAM made a grand entrance on a circular stage, opening with 'Hello Future,' further unfolding the story of their 'time travel.' Through performances of songs like 'Déjà Vu; Mai Dairo,' 'BOOM,' 'BTTF (Back To The Future),' 'BOX,' and 'Beat It Up,' they delivered overwhelming energy and catharsis. Additionally, the impressive reproduction of actual rain in 'Bout You,' the laser show creating a rainbow in the sky after the rain in 'Rainbow,' and the story of sailing the vast sea on a giant ship set in 'Beautiful Sailing' enhanced the lyrical charm of the songs with dramatic productions. The unit stages showcased the outstanding vocal abilities of Renjun, Haechan, and Chenle in 'Be There For You,' and the hip charm of Mark, Jeno, Jaemin, and Jisung in 'Tempo.' They also delivered refreshing energy through songs filled with hope, dreams, and passion like 'Moonlight (Korean Ver.),' 'Broken Melodies,' 'DREAM TEAM,' and 'Trigger the fever.' The audience, filled with NCT fans known as 'Sizuni,' not only cheered passionately but also conveyed their deep affection for the members through a surprise event displaying slogans like 'Sizuni is always there at the end of a long voyage,' 'The brightest night born from seven stars gathering,' 'Eternal DREAM in each other's seasons,' 'The wave of Sizuni meets the sea of DREAM,' 'We promise again and again, our eternity,' and 'In ten years, at the same time, in the same place.' Notably, the members were seen in tears during the finale performance, particularly Jisung, who was captured sobbing. While it is natural to show tears at the final performance of a tour, his crying has sparked various speculations. NCT DREAM is entering their 10th year of activities, and there has been no announcement regarding re-contracting yet. Fans have expressed concerns about disbandment or unsuccessful re-contracting.
