They expressed their heartfelt support and desire for all ten members of THE BOYZ to continue their activities, showing deep concern over the current situation where members are harmed and the situation is worsening due to incitement by someone. Finally, One Hundred emphasized, "We will never compromise against unjust acts that incite artists to attack the company, and we will fight to reveal the truth in court to protect our honor and the artists." On the same day, THE BOYZ's legal representatives announced, "We have filed a lawsuit against representative Cha Ga-won for violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement)." THE BOYZ claimed that the agency had not paid the settlement for activities after July 2025 and had not responded to requests for document review to confirm the settlement details. They also emphasized that basic support necessary for their entertainment activities was not adequately provided, stating, "The trust relationship has been damaged to an irreparable extent."
