ILLIT has released part of the audio for all songs included in their new work, igniting excitement for their comeback. On April 21, ILLIT released a highlight medley video of their 4th mini-album 'MAMIHLAPINATAPAI' through HYBE LABELS' official YouTube channel. This video, filmed by the members themselves with smartphones, captures and shares trivial moments that resonate with teenagers and young adults who enjoy documenting their daily lives, including self-makeup and time with pets. It also depicts the characteristics of their generation, accustomed to real-time communication through video calls and messages, enhancing immersion through sensory direction. Among them, the title track 'It's Me' is garnering significant attention. After a first date, when unsure how to define the relationship with someone they like, ILLIT boldly declares, 'You are my favorite!' expressing their charm through a techno genre. The intense beat and addictive sound stimulate the listener's dopamine, leaving a deep aftertaste with the softly whispered lyrics 'It's Me.' The included track 'GRWM (Get Ready With Me)' creates a contrasting atmosphere with its gentle melody. This drum and bass genre song charmingly depicts intimate moments of sharing true feelings while being oneself. 'paw, paw!' is an electro-pop song characterized by an emotional melody line and a contrasting heavy bass sound, with member IROHA expressing her heartfelt feelings for her beloved pet in the lyrics.
